Downtown Broken Arrow – $50,000 for Parcel 6;
Parcels 7-10 $1,000 each

Tulsa Commercial Real Estate Auction

An assemblage of commercial properties that includes two established Tulsa shopping centers, single-tenant buildings, income-producing property and an entire city block in downtown Broken Arrow with adjacent vacant land parcels.

The auctions will take place in a single day at each of the four locations. Bidders are encouraged to conduct their own inspections during the two public inspection dates (February 15 & 22). Some properties are currently occupied in part or in whole by leased tenants. Copies of leases and rental income are available to any bidder who agrees to sign a Confidentiality and Non Reliance Agreement (CNRA).
